The Summit View Estates BBQ in the park was a huge success! We had an excellent turnout, the weather cooperated, food was great and old and young alike had an incredible time. Thank you to everyone who participated!

DOG WASTE
RECEPTACLES: The
HOA installed 3 bag receptacles for dog waste. 1 in the central
park, 1 in the south open space, and 1 along the sidewalk on
Road 11. These stations are stocked with plastic bags (thanks
to your help!) that dog owners can use to pick up their dog
waste while taking Fido out for a little fresh air. The HOA made
these stations in response to numerous complaints about the
increasing amount of dog waste left on lawns and sidewalks by
irresponsible pet owners.
It poses health risks for our kids
walking to school, adult walkers, other pets and it forces
neighbors to pick up other’s waste from their yards. Not only
is it unhealthy but it is UNSIGHTLY. We all love our dogs. Please be a responsible pet owner. And, please,
continue adding your grocery or newspaper bags to the
receptacles – we appreciate it!
