Summit View is very pleased that you, and your clients, are interested in our neighborhood. The Summit View HOA Board would like to assist you in any way possible to close that all important deal. With that in mind, if you need additional information from the HOA regarding dues, or status on a property, please allow the board at least two (2) weeks to gather this information. The board understands time is critical, but last minute scrambling for information could create other unforeseen problems. The board appreciates your understanding in this matter.

Summit View Estates Dues
In an effort to inform prospective home buyers in our great little neighborhood, the HOA board would like to inform the many realtors, buyers and, bankers of our HOA dues. Summit View Estates requires yearly dues of $44.00. This fee does not cover any city or locally provided services. Nor does it cover any residential upkeep services. Thank you for your interest in our community.

Being of Summit View Estates. Our Vision is not to
police the community, but to listen to our neighbors.
The board is in place to act as community liaison in
times of special needs. The Summit View Board members
